WOODBURY ANTIQUES & FINE ART

AN AMERICAN ESCAPE

While Europe bickers over the demise of the Euro, in America things are much more peaceful. In an idyllic colonial setting Woodbury, CT is a great escape to come see the finest in art and antiques far from the heat, smog and soot of the big city. Situated on historic US Route 6, the entire town seems like a throwback in time to much simpler times.  Recent arrivals of note include Thomas Doughty, The Hudson River from West Point, and Alfred Thompson Bricher, View of Lake George. We  also expanded our Antiques and Garden, Sculpture (including a great piece by Carl Paul Jennewein (1890-1978) his daughter "Mimi") as well as our finally opened Rugs section of this internet site.

Woodbury Antiques & Fine Art has been one of the leading galleries in the field of American painting for many years. We have literally sold hundreds paintings, watercolors and drawings by Eugene Francis Savage to a single museum. More recently we have dealt  with many other museum curators and corporate advisors. Come to where the museums shop when they get serious about buying the finest art. Our latest furniture section has been revised, but first scroll down to see the fine works of art we currently have available here:
